Custom Training Plans
After an intake interview via phone call, all plans are designed around your goals, training capabilities, schedule, injury/medical limitations and training age. ​Our coaches use periodized training to optimize performance for projects/goals/competitions, prevent overtraining, and progress performance. Our plans take a holistic approach to training and also include life-style improvement recommendations (different for every person). All training plans are shared via Google Docs in order to allow for live changes/alterations if you have any life changes or need the plan to work in a different/better way for you! Paradigm Elite athletes get the added benefit of Unlimited Video Analysis. If you don't need those extra bonuses, go for a custom training plan.
