Personalize your training
STEP 1
Select type of plan
We offer two types of plans at Paradigm: Paradigm Plus and Paradigm Elite.

What's the difference?
All Paradigm Elite plans include Video Analysis and Feedback. That means you can text or email a video of yourself climbing to your coach at any point, and they will respond with personalized movement analysis. Falling on the crux move of your project? We've got beta. Not sure what to do with videos from a competition? We've got feedback.
It's like having a personal coach in your pocket! Paradigm Elite Plans include 10 videos per 9 weeks.

STEP 2
Select PLAN LENGTH
All Paradigm training plans are organized in 9-week cycles. You can purchase 1, 2, 3, or 6 cycles at a time.
Pro tip, the more cycles you purchase at once, the more you save!
STEP 3
GET READY TO TRY HARD
After purchasing your Paradigm Training Plan, your Paradigm Coach will reach out to you directly to schedule your initial consultation. They will then use that information to write you a fully customized training plan! You will receive your plan within 1 week of purchase and your coach will work with you to select a start and end date.

TRAIN WITH COACH MATTIAS

Hi, I'm Mattias. I began climbing in 2003 and, after a decade competing at the national and international youth levels, shifted my focus to outdoor climbing. Over the past 15 years, I've climbed more than 600 boulders from V10–V14, flashed over 70 V10–V12 boulders, and established hundreds of new problems around the world, including a significant number of the hardest dynos in Rocklands. Drawing on my background in physical therapy and strength training, I combine evidence-based, periodized training with a holistic approach to help climbers build strength, improve technique and movement efficiency, prevent injury, and achieve sustainable long-term progress.
