From V2 to V8

 

I started working with Charlie right after turning 32 as a V2 gym but had big goals - V10 + 5.14. He didn't blink. He believed in me. We developed a long-term, nearly 8-year, plan designed to tackle all aspects of my needed progression. My gains to date have been huge, both in the gym and on rock. I have never been more psyched. It has been a tremendous partnership.

MEET YOUR COACH

My name is Coach Charlie Schreiber, founder of Paradigm Climbing.

​

I’ve been climbing for 19 years, competing up to the World Cup level, route setting, and climbing up to V13 and 5.14a.

​

Over the last 16 years of coaching, I’ve worked with 1,000+ climbers, helping athletes progress from their first day climbing (V0) all the way to V16 and V17.

​

What makes my coaching different is simple:

I don’t just tell climbers what to do.

I teach them why training works.

​

Because when climbers understand the system behind their training, they stop relying on random workouts and start taking real ownership over their progress.
